"When we first built our house, we decided we wanted to put in a pool. We looked around the neighborhood and found out which company people chose to build their pools. It was a good indication to us of who people trusted, who they knew and who had a lot of experience in our part of the world.

And our builder recommended Walter. He had had several of his homeowners build pools with Walter, and he highly recommended him. So we set up an interview with Walter to learn about him and his company, and we found out he was an engineer. He had started building pools because he wanted a pool himself, and he didn’t necessarily trust the other pool builders to do it right. If you meet Walter, he is very much a perfectionist and wants to do it right the first time.

Everybody who has come to see our pool has the “Wow” factor. “Wow, you did this right; wow, that’s neat how he did this; wow this is a neat pool; wow, the kids really like it!” So I call it the wow factor, and that’s pretty much the reaction we’ve had from all our friends and neighbors who’ve come over and taken a look at the pool.
